Right to Buy Mortgages
If you live in a council owned property, you may have the right to buy it with a discount taken off the purchase price. The discount applied will be according to the number of years you have resided at the property and paid rent. A mortgage can be arranged to help you purchase your property by covering the remaining balance required.
Not all lenders offer Right to Buy mortgages, but with an extensive knowledge of the market we’ll be sure to find the right one for you.
